Under the hood

As most of the web sites you visit, mine also runs under GNU/Linux and uses the Apache web server along with PHP — By the way, I recommend you get the real facts about GNU/Linux and Windows.

This is not it, though. The server that hosts these files has much more software required to be online, but it is not handy to list them all.

The exterior

What you see when you visit this website is the Wordpress CMS and an adapted version of its GreenLand theme.

It wouldn’t be hard for you to find weird, senseless phrases on this website: I’m not a native English speaker. Please, let me know when you spot a typo or another kind of mistake.

Why an English website?

While I already had a Castilian blog, I felt it was not enough. From time to time I want to share some of my thoughts with a wider public and English is the current “world language”, so it made a lot of sense to create this English website.
